We are officially recognized as a 501 (c) (3) Tax Exempt Status, under the Internal Revenue Service.

Our organization prides itself on helping people, and allowing those to decide how their donations are used.  Therefore, those wishing to donate have three different options: Directly to Shred Out Cancer, the “Funding Families” program, or to purchase apparel.

With regards to all monetary donations (excluding apparel purchases), Shred Out Cancer’s board of directors’ will direct the organization’s funds, and decide how to use funds donated to the general organization account.  Money donated to the “Funding Families” program will be used to help families or patients within the funding families program.   Therefore, those wishing to specify which family they would like to donate to within the “Funding Families” program, may request to do so.
